Profile Families
Thermo Weld or Heat Sealed Bellows
- Heat-Sealed Bellows Covers are manufactured from a single sheet of thermoplastic-coated technical fabric that is precision-pleated and heat-welded to PVC stiffeners at each fold. This process creates a uniform, sealed construction without stitched seams or needle holes, improving resistance to fine particles, light abrasives, oil, chips, and liquid exposure. The design can be produced in various shapes and sizes, with optional stainless-steel reinforcements for applications requiring enhanced protection against sparks or hot chips.
Lamella Bellows
- Our Lamella Bellows are manufactured using a precision-folded base bellows combined with integrated stainless steel lamella plates at each convolution. The lamella elements are mechanically attached to the bellows structure to provide enhanced resistance against hot chips, sparks, and abrasive debris, while maintaining controlled folding and smooth operation. Depending on application requirements, the base bellows can be produced using heat-sealed or sewn construction, with designs optimized for compact compression, repeatable movement, and long service life in demanding operating environments.
Conventional Sewn Bellows
- These are authentic general purpose bellows manufactured with internal PVC support glued with an extenal PVC coating, resistant to dust, coolants spray, temperatures ranging from 30C to 75C. It also comes with lamellas, scissor frames etc to meet the complicated requirements of the machines.
