Way wipers are critical protection components mounted on machine carriages to continuously clean and seal guideways during operation. They prevent chips, dust, coolant, and debris from entering sensitive sliding or rolling surfaces.

Profile Families

WAY WIPERS SS

SS profile family shown with three height combinations: 21/25 mm, 14/18 mm, and 10/14 mm.
Common section dimensions include 4.6 mm stem width, 8 mm lip width, ~8.5 mm base, and 1 mm lip thickness.
Suitable where higher structural support and wear resistance are required.
Used on CNC guideways, telescopic covers, and retrofit way protection assemblies.

GENERAL WIPERS (MS1-MS6)

MS1: A 14/18/25, B 6.5, C -, D 6.5/5, Length 500.
MS2: A 18/25, B 4.5, C 15/22, D 7.5, Length 560.
MS3: A 14/18/25, B 5, C 11/18/22, D 7, Length 500.
MS4: A 25/34, B 3, C 15/20, D 12, Length 800.
MS5: A 25/30, B 3, C 15.5/20.5, D 15, Length 800.

TELESCOPIC WIPERS & TELESCOPIC WIPERS WITH COVERING

Telescopic wipers are available as EN1, EN2, ENC and SS profile types for compact moving interfaces.
Covered telescopic options include section variants shown with key dimensions such as 19/12/6.1/3.2, 8/6/3.5, and 12/6/3.5 configurations.
Designed for improved sealing where guideways are exposed to coolant and fine chips.
Suitable for CNC telescopic covers and custom machine guard integrations.
